The Dream

Brazil's Bradesco Bank has always been in the vanguard of innovation among the Brazilian banks.

It was the first to launch a 24 hour ATM, the first debit card, the first internet banking and many other daily technologies we use today.
However, this innovative spirit wasn’t always acknowledged by the public. Our challenge was to create a space that made this characteristic of the bank evident, and also that highlight the personal side of customer service.

"The branch is a wonderland of tech: biometric ATMs, Star Trek-style touchscreens for transactions, "smartwalls" that automatically turn oblique when customers enter service areas."

We developed a new concept of digital services to the personalized customer care, that humanized the bank, through innovative design and integrated technologies. In the Next world, we see the bank of the future, today.

We’ve created a unique, welcoming environment, that bring people and companies together.
It is a place where it’s possible to interact with the in-loco innovations, such as exclusive video conference calls with customer service, and also try out other features that can be accessed via smartphones, tablets, and wearables - like opening an account without the endless bureaucracy.
Freedom and autonomy to the client, not losing focus on what strengths and widens the trust in the bank.
